Booking Cancellation
Advance Payments
Advance payments made for bookings are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
No Show Policy
If a customer fails to show up at the booked time and location, no refund will be provided.
Activity-Based Refunds
Adventure activities such as rafting, bungee jumping, and camping are subject to weather and safety conditions. In case of cancellation by the provider, an alternative or partial refund may be offered.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
