1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings for resorts, camping, river rafting, bungee jumping, scooter rentals, or other adventure activities are subject to availability. Advance booking may be required for certain activities.
Melodyy Hospitality Services reserves the right to confirm or cancel bookings depending on availability, safety conditions, or operational reasons.
2. Payment Policy
Customers may be required to make an advance payment to confirm their booking. Remaining payment must be completed before the start of the activity or stay.
Payment methods may include online payment, bank transfer, UPI, or cash as communicated during booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made within the allowed time period may be eligible for partial or full refunds depending on the service booked.
However, cancellations made at the last moment or failure to appear for booked activities may result in no refund.
Refund processing time may take 5–10 working days depending on the payment method.
4. Safety & Adventure Activities
Adventure activities such as river rafting, bungee jumping, and others involve inherent risks. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by trained guides and activity operators.
Melodyy Hospitality Services will not be responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused due to failure to follow safety guidelines.
Participants must ensure they are medically fit for adventure activities.
5. Travel Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification and complying with local laws and regulations while traveling or participating in activities.
Melodyy Hospitality Services is not responsible for delays, natural disasters, weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect bookings.
6. Third-Party Services
Some services listed on our website may be operated by third-party partners such as resorts, camps, or adventure operators. While we strive to work with trusted partners, Melodyy Hospitality Services is not liable for service issues caused by third-party providers.
